Problems using MyEclipse to develop CSS_html/css_WEB-ITnose

Today there was a problem when I used MyEclipse to write CSS. After saving the CSS file, if I change the CSS file again, the style will not change. The situation is that the style is still the same as the first time I saved it. If you want to change the style of the web page, you can only link to another CSS file. This was not the case before. Great imagination. . . Why not use dreamweav or webstrom? If you just write css, use the first two. Check the logs or clear the browser cache
