bootstrap这个框架的应用场景是什么呢，意义在于什么呢，前台页面？后台页面？

还没太详细了解，根据我现在的理解，bootstrap预定义好了很多样式、布局和效果之类的，不用设计稿就能作出很漂亮的网站，但如果有设计稿的话，是否可以按照设计稿还原出来呢？

谁来开导开导我，说说bootstrap的定位。

说下我的看法
Bootstrap定位是响应式前端UI框架
Bootstrap可以分为三类，布局，组件，插件
组件和插件可以选用，当然也能用自己设计的
布局是响应式的，可以根据不同窗口大小自动适应，就是说可以手机、PC、Pad使用一套界面，不用额外开发
他的布局非常灵活，是Bootstrap的核心，如果不用他的布局，那就不需要用Bootstrap框架

也就是说Bootstrap的应用场景是做响应式的前端页面么，如果有设计稿要求的，需要还原效果图的话用Bootstrap合适么
其实我最想了解的是Bootstrap在业务需求方面的应用场景，在什么时候或者说什么类型的项目中合适用它
