网站播放视频 jsp_html/css_WEB-ITnose

最近在做一个网站，用jsp做的；有一个需求：客户要求在后台上传一段MP4的视频，要在前台页面上面显示出来，后台上传的功能已经做好了，视频可以上传的tomcat里面，但是前台就是显示不出来，我也在网上找了一个插件或者代码，就是显示不出来；
请教各位大神，有谁有什么办法吗？具体要怎么做？然后是不是需要在服务器上面进行相关的配置？

有一个jplayer的插件专门用来播放mp3和mp4视频的

这两个都可以
1.jwplayer
2.flowplayer
