css3???Animate.css_html/css_WEB-ITnose

First time? Blog, first time, okay??, haha. Don't worry, let's get down to business.

I recently made a website, and I want to show off the effect. So I thought of CSS3 animation. The test effect is quite good, but the first time, there are some difficulties.
