HTML5 plays MP4 format video but does not display_html/css_WEB-ITnose

Use html5 to play videos. There are two videos in MP4 format. One can be played and the other cannot be played. I am using Google Chrome. Why is this~

Although the two are in the same MP4 format, their encoding type and encoding method may be different.

You can use a transcoding tool to see what videos can be played The encoding type and encoding method, re-transcode the video that cannot be played
