负责的公司嘛一般肯定是自己跟据PSD自己写页面咯（DIV+CSS），页面中需要的图标从PSD图上扣

由效果图到页面，只是将效果图里的各个模块细分成网页的各个模块，在这个过程中可以用TABLE布局实现模块的组合，也可以用DIV布局实现！

可以加层呀，出动态效果

一般用photoshp把图片（照片）什么的分别切出来，在Dreamwear或其他网页编辑器里编码，按照效果图的位置，编码，编辑各个div的位置，布局，然后把图片插入到xhtml里，用css来美化页面，像文字的大小，字体，颜色，各个div的位置都是用css来设置的，让xhtml的布局设置的和效果图的位置一样；要增加动态效果需要用到JavaScript，要是flash，要用到flash ActionScript这些知识。
