Help with border-radius problem_html/css_WEB-ITnose
I had a problem when adjusting the style of the following website: Please help me solve it if you trouble me. I can only give you points! ! Haha
http://china12340.cn/
adds rounded corners to the style bar (mainly looking at the login box), and the separated static page has no problem regardless of IE or Firefox. But after publishing it to the website, only Firefox can see the rounded corners, while IE9 remains unchanged. Can't figure out why even with developer tools.
Let’s see if any expert can help me solve my urgent problem. Thanks.

IE9 has rounded corners and shadows. It's normal
Chrome is still OK
