Just separate the top and bottom. . Divided into 3 parts, the first part is 82 and the third part is 23. . The rest in the middle is given to the second part

rows="" cols="" which is actually the rows and columns of the table

rows="82,*,23"

Divided into three rows, the first row height = 82px, the third row height = 23px, * --> The rest is allocated to the second row
