Strange problem when playing MP4_html/css_WEB-ITnose

The website uses the HTML5 video tag to play MP4.
I can play it when I access it on my mobile phone (both Android and Apple can do it).
But when I access the server, I can’t play it on my iPhone (Android can do it). ,

My computer is WIN7, the server is LINUX, and I use WEBLOGIC
