How to convert string into html code_html/css_WEB-ITnose

I pass the string String str="Homepage" from the background to the jsp page
The jsp page uses Received, the displayed result is: Homepage.
How to convert the html code in the string into normal html code, and finally The result should be a hyperlink to: Home Page.
