Personally I think it should be three layers
The first layer is the top : New version of blog... or something. Use div to install it, and then float it. As for the style, it is a picture, and then align it to the specified place.
The second layer is the middle: full-screen div: black, and then modify the transparency to show the shadow effect.
The third layer is the information layer: you know!
