What you want to achieve:
1. Topbg is fixed at the top, absolutely centered, and 2000px wide;
2. Footbg is always fixed at the bottom, absolutely centered, and 2000px wide;
3. When displayed on monitors of different sizes, the footbg can move up and down and cover the topbg, and the two pictures are still displayed in the center.

What does centering mean? . A width of 2000px is basically better than a smaller resolution with a width larger than 2000. I mean 2000px in height. . ? ?
