How to view pdf on a web page without providing download_html/css_WEB-ITnose

Like the title, there is a need to view pdf on the web page, but if you use the browser's own function, you can save the file whether it is right-clicking or some buttons that appear above the reader. I don't know how to remove it.
I tried several times, including pdfobject, but it didn’t work.
We also tried to convert to flash, but the pdf is too large. When the converted flash exceeds 20 MB, negative numbers will appear when the reading progress bar continuously obtains PercentLoaded, such as jumping to 50, 60, and then more than -100 . After testing, it can be 100% correct for files of more than 10 megabytes. It freezes directly in IE. If there is no progress bar and the loading is too slow, it will probably be passed.
I don’t know if anyone has studied it, either remove the save button from PDF, or allow me to load a large flash and get the PercentLoaded value normally.
