You should have installed package control.
Then just do this: press ctrl shift p, enter package, select list packages, and you will see it.
Or view the Installed Packages directory directly.
Click Preferences, move the mouse to the package setting and the plug-ins currently installed by sublime will be displayed
Browse Packages...
