Ajax+php search, display and close problems?

I used ajax+php to make a simple search similar to google search. When I didn’t enter any letters, the display looked like this, 1.jpg:

When I enter letters, it displays the effect of 2.jpg.

I would like to ask everyone, when I click the mouse elsewhere, the search box that pops up automatically closes. How should I modify it? The code is as follows

                                                                                                                    & Lt; td & gt;
