Edit SQL Server 2000 DTS_PHP tutorial in SQL Server 2005

When I was about to edit it, an error message appeared: Editing the DTS package requires the SQL Server 2000 DTS Designer component. To use this feature, please install the special WEB download file "SQL Server 2000 DTS Designer Component". In other words, SQL Server Management Studio of SQL Server 2005 cannot edit DTS 2000 (DTS of SQL Server 2000) by default. To solve this problem, Microsoft has added a patch for users to download.
