Create directories under server mysql, apache,

Download phpmyadmin to /server

cd /usr/src/mysql- XXXX

·./configure -help
·./configure -prefix=/server/mysql
·make
·make install
·cd /server/mysql/bin
·./mysql_install_db
MySQL has been installed successfully
You can run the mysql database
/server/mysql/libexec/ mysqld &
You can check the current status of the database through the database viewing program mysqlshow
/server/mysql/bin/mysqlshow
The second step is to install apache and php4.

· cp php.ini-dist /usr/local/lib/php.ini
