These functions allow you to control what your script outputs. They can be used in many different situations, especially when you need to send new file headers after your script has already output information. The output control functions are not suitable for use with header() or setcookie( ) affects the file header information sent, and only affects data blocks similar to echo() and PHP code.
Example 1. Control output
ob_start();
echo "Hellon";
setcookie ("cookiename", "cookiedata");
ob_end_flush();
?>
In the above example, the output content using echo() will will be saved in the output buffer until ob_end_flush() is called. What makes sense is that the content of the setcookie() call is successfully stored in the cookie without causing an error. (Normally, you can't Send file header information to the user's browser after data has been sent.)
Related functions header() and setcookie().
Korean number list
flush — refresh the output buffer
and save it in The contents of the output buffer will be sent to the browser
ob_start — open the output buffer
so that all output information is no longer sent directly to the browser, but saved in the output buffer
ob_get_contents — return output Contents of the buffer
If you want to process the output content later, you can call this function to keep a backup
ob_get_length — Return the content length of the output buffer
ob_end_flush — End (send) the content of the output buffer, Close the output buffer
ob_end_clean — delete (abandon) the contents of the output buffer and close the output buffer
If your program finds that there is a problem with the output content, you can discard all output content to prevent the leakage of certain secret information
ob_implicit_flush - Turn on or off direct flush
After turning it on, each script output is sent directly to the browser, no need to call flush() anymore
2. Get the current directory
This is new for php4 Directory functions!
string getcwd(void)
Returns the string of the current script path!
3. Solve the script timeout
There is a function to set the script execution time in the php configuration/information. The details are as follows:
set_time_limit
Configure the longest execution time of the page.
Syntax: void set_time_limit(int seconds);
Return value: None
Function type: PHP system function
Content description
This function is used to configure the longest execution time of the page. The default value is 30 seconds, configured in the max_execution_time variable in php.ini. If configured to 0, the maximum time is not limited. The calculation starts when this function is executed. For example, if the default is 30 seconds, and 25 seconds have been executed before this function is executed, and this function is used to change it to 20 seconds, the maximum execution time of the page will be 45 seconds.
