1. Copy the php.ini file named php.ini-development to the c drive Windows directory
2. Copy php5ts.dll and libmysql.dll to the system32 directory under Windows on the C drive
3. Find php_gd2.dll, php_mysql.dll and php_mbstring.dll in the ext directory of the php directory Copy it to the system32 directory
