1. WeChat on Xiaomi, Apple and Huawei mobile phones can correctly upload files with non-Chinese file names;
2. WeChat on Xiaomi and Apple mobile phones can upload files with Chinese file names; Huawei mobile phones come with a browser and QQ browser can also upload Chinese files; only the browser that comes with Huawei WeChat will not succeed in uploading Chinese files, and there will be no file stream submission;
