A program engineer occasionally encounters when deploying code that there is no database such as MySQL on the server, or the price of the database has to be calculated separately from the space. When your project is small or it is not affordable to buy database space, you can consider using SQLite .
sqlite is small, but the sql statements and functions are not inferior to other databases.
Start:
The general development environment configuration is as follows:
1. Download SQLite3.dll
Open the download channel link (http://www.sqlite.org/ download.html)->”Precompiled Binaries For Windows”->Download “sqlitedll-3_6_22.zip(249.72 KiB)”. This is the dynamic link library file of SQLite under Windows
2. Copy the decompressed sqlite3.dll file to the xamppphpext directory
3. Open the php.ini file and find
extension=php_pdo.dll
extension=php_pdo_sqlite.dll
Remove the semicolon in front and add a line:
extension=sqlite3.dll
Where is the php.ini file? Write a phpinfo() yourself and run it to find where the "Configuration File" is. There must be a php.ini file in it. Without something like -dist, it is called php.ini.
4. Database management You can download SQLiteManagerForPHP, which is a PHP-based web management tool, similar to mysql's phpmyadmin. Just unzip it directly to the htdocs folder of xamppx. If you don’t like the web version, you can also use the SQLite visual management tool SQLite Expert (it seems that the domestic direct URL cannot be opened, please try another way to open it) Official website: http://www.sqliteexpert.com/
The above introduces the use of PHP 5X's built-in sqlite3 link database, PDO link sqlite (low-cost development) (1), including aspects of the content, I hope it will be helpful to friends who are interested in PHP tutorials.
