Solution to CURL module problem in PHP 5.6.11_php example

I followed the online tutorial and wrote a small example of cURL. When I executed it in the apache environment, there was no response at all. But when I put it in the IIS environment, it was ok. I feel that the problem must be with the dynamic link library because php_curl in the configuration file. The dll has been opened and is ok on iis;

I found some solutions online:

Set [environment variables]: phpext, PHPRC; invalid

Put php_curl.dll under apache/bin; invalid

I checked that there are also these two files libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll in the apache/bin directory; no problem
