Using phalcon-devtools to generate multi-module projects without caches buffer files?

I feel that phalcon-devtools has many imperfections in multi-modules!

ps: I use the phalcon create-project test modules command to generate multiple modules. Is there any other better command to generate a project with a complete directory structure?
