mcrypt is installed, but there is no mcrypt.so file. How should I enable this library?

I just learned PHP and built an Apache+PHP environment using CentOS7.
You need to use mcrypt_get_block_size. Then Baidu installed mcrypt and it prompted that the installation was successful.
But it doesn’t work? Please help.
