Are multiple requests of the app considered the same session? Are they the same session_id?

App is a page. After logging in to the app, I go to the server background $_SESSION['user_id']=1423;

The next time I call another interface in the backend of the same website (within one minute), will it be 1423 if I directly fetch $_SESSION['user_id']
