The company wants to develop an e-commerce platform. Now we are struggling whether Magento or Prestashop is suitable for us. One of the outsourcing teams we found recommended us to use Magento. If anyone has done secondary development for these two platforms, please explain, thank you.

Magento, if you have many products. I even did it with wordpress, which is very simple and has a lot of plug-ins. . Can handle almost all functions.
To be honest, if you have enough time, the company can make one by itself. It may take more time in the early stage, but it will be easier to maintain and customize in the later stage. We used ECShop before, but later we made our own set. Customs and payment have changed a lot, and I feel that most e-commerce frameworks don’t have that function.
