One MySQL command line tool (View help ---help, or -?)

1) MySQL

MySQL is a simple SQL shell (with GNU readline function). It supports both interactive and non-interactive use. When used interactively, query results are in ASCII table format. When in non-interactive (for example, used as a filter) mode, the result is in tab-delimited format. The output format can be changed using command line options. If you encounter problems due to insufficient memory due to large results, use the --quick option. This forces MySQL to search results from the server one row at a time, rather than retrieving the entire result set and having to save it to memory before displaying it.

2) MySQLAdmin

MySQLAdmin is a client program that performs management operations. You can use it to check the server's configuration and current status, create and delete databases, and more.

3) MySQLBinLog

The binary log file generated by the server is written in binary format. To examine these text format files, the MySQLBinLog utility should be used.

4) MySQLDump

MySQLDump client can be used to dump database or collect database for backup or transfer data to another SQL server. The dump contains the SQL statements that create the table and/or load the table.

5) MySQLImport

The MySQLImport utility is a bulk loader that reads the contents of a text file into an existing table.

6) MySQLShow

MySQLShow, customers can quickly find which databases exist, tables in the database, columns or indexes in the tables.

7) Perror

Perror prints description information for system error codes or storage engine (table processing) error codes.

8) Replace

The Replace utility can change strings in files or standard input on the fly. It first uses a finite state machine to match long strings. This tool can be used to exchange strings.
