Compilation and installation of Zabbix-agent client

System environment:

CentOS 6.8

Official website downloadInstallationPackage: http://www.zabbix .com/download

This article uses Zabbix 3.0 LTS

Upload to the client server and decompress


tar xzvf zabbix-3.0.9.tar.gz
Copy after login


Enter the decompressed folder to start compilation and installation


./configure --prefix=/usr/local/zabbix --enable-agent           //指定路径make && make install                             //编译安装
Copy after login


Copy the files in the installation package to the installation path


 /root/zabbix-./misc/init.d/fedora/core/zabbix_agentd /etc/init.d//etc/init.d/zabbix_agentd
Copy after login


Start the agent service


groupadd zabbix                  //添加zabbix组useradd zabbix -g zabbix           //添加zabiix用户service zabbix_agentd start        //启动服务
Copy after login


Configure agent


vim /usr/local/zabbix/etc/zabbix_agentd.conf
Copy after login



Server=127.0.0.1          >>   Server="服务端IP“       //如不在统一网段,需要添加多个IP、网关IPServerActive=127.0.0.1    >>   ServerActive="服务端IP”Hostname=Zabbix server    >>   Hostname="本机IP”

Client opens port 10050


/sbin/iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport  -/sbin/iptables -I INPUT -p tcp --dport  -j ACCEPT
/etc/rc.d/init.d/iptables save
service zabbix_agentd restart

Server web settings

Configuration---Host---Create host

View Status As shown in the figure, ZBX lights up to indicate success!
