What basics are needed to learn PHP?

php What Base need

This article introduces you to the basic knowledge you need to master before learning PHP. Many people think that PHP can be learned from scratch, that is, you can learn PHP directly without learning anything else. Indeed, getting started with PHP is easy and is not linked to other knowledge. You can learn it from scratch without any other knowledge. But in my opinion, you still need to master some basic knowledge about web page production before learning PHP. Before learning PHP, my personal recommendation is: hmtl -> css -> JavaScript -> MySQL (that is, SQL statement) -> php.

html, css, and javascript are mainly used to make front-end pages. Some people may ask, since I am learning PHP and doing back-end programs, why should I learn front-end production? Besides, don’t big companies have a clear division of labor for front desk, back office, art, etc., and why do they still need me to write them? Yes, but that is a large company. For a small company, all of this needs to be done by one person. From page design, page layout, art, to backend processing, it is all done by one or several people, without a clear division of labor. Everything must be done at the front desk and backstage. In large companies, although there is a clear division of labor, although you are not required to write these things at the front desk, you must be able to read them.

What mysql needs to master is SQL statements, which are nothing more than adding, deleting, checking, and database optimization. These are relatively simple and fast to learn, and they are also knowledge that must be mastered.

As for ajax and jQuery, when you have learned PHP to a certain extent, you can consider learning these, because ajax is used in many large projects, especially chat rooms.

The following is a list of what you need to do to learn PHP:

1. Make sure you can understand the PHP code with the help of the manual.
2, ensure that you can basically use MySQL and know common queries, including joint queries. You must know how to install MySQL and configure user permissions.
3. Make sure you are proficient in using tables and understand the data organization and display logic of HTML.
4. Make sure you understand CSS and can layout DIV+CSS, and master common tags such as DIV, UL, DL, SPAN, and P. (If you are a professional, you also need to learn floating, positioning, lightbox, etc.).
5, ensure that you can write commonly used Javascript code, and start learning Javascript libraries, such as jquery. When learning a JS library, remember not to look at the source code all at once. Read the manual first and then learn based on the examples. Just learn how to call it. (Professional front desk personnel should study the library files).

After completing 1~5, you will have mastered the basic skills and have the ability to handle problems with a single file. At this time, start learning business logic. What is business logic? It is to create functions that can be used one by one through the organization of code. The most basic thing is the guestbook. The most important thing in this part is to understand the website display habits, setting habits, management habits, and user publishing habits.
6, skilled in writing guestbooks. Small functions can be implemented skillfully through several PHP files. For example, which files are used for display, which files are used for management, and which files are used for publishing content. And got a rough understanding of the membership functions. (You can download the guestbook program to study and study).
7, start to get involved in bigger projects. First understand the web page flow of the website. Develop process ideas. At this time, you can install several more open source PHP products (including domestic and foreign ones), such as Discuz, DeDeCMS, Drupal, etc. Let’s not look at the core code of these products. Look at some configuration, installation, template applications and interfaces.
8, start to understand the website business structure, including front desk, back desk, members, data flow (user to database, database to user). Be proficient in process design. For example, if you want to add a picture upload function, you need several files.
9. Find a job to practice. Don’t be too picky at first, but be sure to find a company that allows you to perform. Start getting in touch with customer needs, how to organize documents, and solve bugs.
10. After working for about half a year to a year, start to summarize. Based on the company you choose and the applications you make, start summarizing the development model, template engine, database design, etc.

When using JWT for authentication in PHP, JWT can be generated and verified, and user role and permission information can be included in advanced usage. 4. Common errors include signature verification failure, token expiration, and payload oversized. Debugging skills include using debugging tools and logging. 5. Performance optimization and best practices include using appropriate signature algorithms, setting validity periods reasonably,
