#Open the corresponding project file as shown in the figure above, and delete the GUID starting with E3E in the first item of the specified ;

Again Open the project and you can open it with the latest MVC;

If you open it for the first time, when the MVC4.0 installation is reported, click Skip, causing the web project to be invisible. Even after the last modification, it will not be visible when you open it again. You must find "Install Missing Features" in the project properties of VS2017, and click Confirm!
