Why can’t the server directly transfer large files? It is related to several configurations in php.ini

Solution idea
Fortunately, HTML5 has opened a new FILE API, which can also directly operate binary objects. We can directly implement file cutting on the browser side. According to the previous practice, we have to use Flash The solution will be a lot of trouble to implement.
JS Idea
1. Listen to the onchange event of the upload button
2. Get the FILE object of the file
3. Cut the FILE object of the file and attach it to the FORMDATA object
4. Send the FORMDATA object to the server through AJAX
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the file is sent.
PHP Idea
1. Create the upload folder
2. Move the files from the upload temporary directory to the upload folder
3. After all file blocks are uploaded, perform file synthesis
4.Delete the folder
5.Return to the uploaded file path
