border-bottom-color Sets the color of the bottom border of the element.
Only solid colors can be defined, and the border may appear only when the border style is a value other than none or hidden.
Note: Please always declare the border-style attribute before the border-color attribute. The element must get a border before you can change its color.
Example
Set the color of the lower border:
p { border-style:solid; border-bottom-color:#ff0000; }
Browser support
All browsers support border -bottom-color attribute.
Note: Internet Explorer 6 (and earlier) does not support the attribute value "transparent".
Note: IE7 and earlier browsers do not support the value "inherit". IE8 requires !DOCTYPE. IE9 supports "inherit".
