In the layer panel, copy the character layer to one layer to make a copy of the character.
Place the character copy layer below the character layer.
The cursor is under the character copy layer point, and then click sequentially in the menu bar: Edit--Transform--Bevel;
After clicking "Bevel", control points will appear around the character. The cursor is at the point in the upper middle. Click and hold and move to the right.
Then, press the Enter key on the keyboard, and the control points around the character disappear. Then click on the menu bar: Edit--Transform--Distort;
Control points will appear around the character, then, click and hold the control point in the upper middle and press down. As shown in the second picture.
Then press the Enter key and the surrounding control points disappear.
Then press and hold the CTRL key on the keyboard, and at the same time click the cursor on the character copy in the layer panel. The character in the character copy layer will be selected, and the character will be surrounded by dotted lines, as shown in the second picture. .
Set the foreground color to gray, then click "Edit" and then "Fill" in the menu bar to fill the selected character with gray.
Then, click on the menu bar: Filter--Blur--Gaussian Blur.
After clicking "Gaussian Blur", the setting box will pop up, set the radius to 2.3, and then click "OK";
Then, click on the menu bar Midpoint: Select--Deselect.
