Step 1 Start Navicat software . After the installation is completed on the computer, a shortcut icon will appear on the desktop. Double-click the icon on the desktop to open the software. The main interface of the software is as shown in the figure below.

Step 2 After connecting to the MySQL database, select the [Backup] function button in the main view window, as shown in the figure below.

Step 3 Click [New Backup] in the navigation bar below to pop up the prompt window, as shown in the figure below.
