What to do if the php user has insufficient permissions

Question:You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.

Reason: index.html is a file created by the root user, and the apache permissions are insufficient.

Solution: Change file permissions; chmod 755 index.html

If this problem occurs under WIN 2003, please solve it as follows:

Open the apache configuration file httpd.conf and find this paragraph:

<Directory />
     Options FollowSymLinks
     AllowOverride None
     Order deny,allow
     deny from all
     Satisfy all
</Directory>
Copy after login

Then try to change the deny in deny from all to allow, save and restart apache, and then test Web page, access to the test website is completely normal.

The second method is to open the extended configuration in Apache's configuration file httpd-vhosts.conf

# Virtual hosts
Include conf/extra/httpd-vhosts.conf
Copy after login

Remove the # in front of it, The extended configuration was introduced, but the corresponding permission "Allow from all" was not configured in the extended configuration file, so this error was prompted.
