File 的 createNewFile() 方法： createNewFile()；返回值为 boolean； 方法介绍：当且仅当不存在具有此抽象路径名指定名称的文件时，不可分地创建一个新的空文件。

2、判断文件夹是否存在，不存在创建文件夹

File file =new File("C:\\Users\\QPING\\Desktop\\JavaScript");    
//如果文件夹不存在则创建    
if  (!file .exists()  && !file .isDirectory())      
{       
    System.out.println("//不存在");  
    file .mkdir();    
} else   
{  
    System.out.println("//目录存在");
