Steps:

First turn on our computer, and then click the start button in the lower left corner of the computer desktop;

After that we click Settings;

Then we drop down the interface to the bottom;

After that we click Update and Security;

Then we click Recovery;

After We click Start under Reset this PC;

pops up the interface, we click on any option, and then the system will be reinstalled.
