What should I do if word2003 sends an error report?
Solution:
Enter Word’s safe mode.
Select "Templates and Add-ons" in the "Tools" menu.
Click the "Select" button and find Normal.dot in the pop-up dialog box. Right-click with it selected and select "Properties".
Find the "Position" item in the pop-up property box, select the path and copy it.
Close the Word software, open my computer, paste the path you just copied in the "Address Bar" and hit the Enter key. Find Normal.dot and delete it.
Reopen the Word software and troubleshoot.
