How to extract colors from PS to make color cards

Method:

Open the PS software, Directly drag the picture you want to make into a color card into the window, and then select [Filter] - [Pixelization] - [Mosaic] in the upper editing bar, as shown in the picture:

You can control the size of the cell numbers at will. The smaller the number, the more colors you will get. To make it clearer, I entered 200 and got the following picture:

Then, you can use the [Eyedropper Tool] (shortcut key I) to select the color according to your preference. For convenience, you can directly open the color picker and select [Foreground Color] to pick or [Background Color] to pick, as shown in the figure:
