PHP 8 is planned for First week of December 2020release! The first version of Alpha was released in June 2020. As always, this is a good time to find bugs, request changes, and there's still a short window of time to submit your updates.

• The first release candidate, PHP 8.0-RC1, should be available shortly after

  the first week of September.

• All RC releases are carried out on a

  November 19, 2020.
