How to make error prompt in php

php method to set error prompts:

1. First use the editing tool to open the php configuration file

My php installation directory is /usr/local/php

vim /usr/local/php/etc/php.ini
Copy after login

2. Add the following lines of code at the head of the php configuration file

ini_set("display_errors", "stderr"); //ini_set函数作用:为一个配置选项设置值,
error_reporting(E_ALL); //显示所有的错误信息
Copy after login

Parameter description:

(1) display_errors

In the PHP configuration file, the "display_errors" option setting function is: whether to display the error message to the screen as part of the output , or hidden from the user without being shown. Setting "stderr" means sending to stderr instead of stdout. "stderr" is available since PHP 5.2.4. In previous versions, this configuration value was of type boolean.

Although display_errors can also be set at runtime (using ini_set()), any runtime settings are invalid when a fatal error occurs in the script. Because in this case the expected operation will not be performed.

(2)error_reporting

Set the level of error reporting. This parameter can be an arbitrary integer representing a binary bit field, or a constant name. Error levels and constants are defined in Predefined constants.

In PHP5.3 and above, the default value is E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_STRICT & ~E_DEPRECATED. This setting will not display E_NOTICE, E_STRICT, and E_DEPRECATED level error messages. They can be displayed during development. In versions prior to PHP 5.3.0, the default values were E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_STRICT. In PHP 4, the default values are E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE.

3. Restart the server

After restarting the server, you will see the error message when running the error code
