How to open php file conversion torrent file

Apr 03, 2023 pm 03:47 PM

PHP file is a text file and cannot be directly converted into a seed file. We need to use specific tools to generate torrent files.

First, we need to install and configure a PHP seed generator, such as Transmission. Transmission is an open source BT client that supports multiple operating systems and is easy to use. It can generate torrent files and send them to remote servers.

Next, we need to add some code to the PHP file to generate the torrent file. We can use the following code:

$announce "http://your.tracker.url/announce"; // Tracker URL

$source "filename.php"// PHP filename

$name "filename.mkv"// File name

$length filesize($source); // File size

$pieces_length = 1024*1024; // Piece size

$pieces "";

$sha1_ctx = sha1_init();

$file fopen($source"rb");

while (!feof($file)) {

  $data fread($file, 1024 * 8);

  $sha1_ctx = sha1_update($sha1_ctx$data);

  $pieces .= sha1($data);

 }

 fclose($file);

 $hash = sha1_final($sha1_ctx, true);

 $pieces str_split($pieces, 20);

 $torrent array(

 'announce' => $announce,

 'info' => array(

        'name' => $name,

        'length' => $length,

        'piece length' => $pieces_length,

        'pieces' => $pieces,

 'sha1' => $hash

 ),

 );

 $torrent_data = bencode($torrent);

 $filename str_replace(".php"".torrent"$source);

 $file fopen($filename"wb");

 fwrite($file$torrent_data);

 fclose($file);

Copy after login

This code will generate a torrent file in the same directory. The file name is the same as the PHP file, except that the extension is .torrent.

Finally, we can use any common BT client software to open this torrent file, such as Transmission. The content of the file downloaded through this torrent file is the same as that of the PHP file.

In general, converting PHP files to torrent files is not a difficult task. All we need is a PHP seed generator and some code to do it.
