Date.parse() usage:

You can also directly specify the date with new Date('2015/05/20'), and the new Date() constructor will automatically call the Date.parse() static method.

Date.UTC()

The parameters of Date.UTC() are year, month (from 0 to 11), day (1-31), hour (0-23), minute (0-59), second (0-59), Milliseconds (0-999), at least 2 parameters, which should include year and month, and the default is 0 if not filled in otherwise.

If the time to be created is May 20, 2015, China Standard Time, the code should be expressed as
