In 2021, Rubin founded a pricing software company called Profasee, which already uses artificial intelligence for some of its functions. Rubin said he plans to integrate ChatGPT into a new tool to help sellers quickly adjust their product listings.
But despite all the hype, there are good reasons to doubt ChatGPT when it comes to its effectiveness. The emerging technology has shown that it's easy to make mistakes and, in some cases, just make things up.
