Gentler Streak is an Apple Watch workout app that wants to bring compassion to your fitness goals. The app adds 12 non-traditional workouts not available in the Stock Workout app, such as dog walking, snow shoveling, and mountain biking. With these, Gentler Streak features over 100 trackable exercises.

Sometimes a smartwatch can't pick up your heart rate (HR) during a workout, or your activity tracker isn't saving it all to Apple Health. This affects the accuracy of the activity path. To minimize this effect, we now effectively obtain missing HRs from the available data. It may cause slight changes in the path of your activity.

Gentler Streak now brings two widgets to its iPhone app by displaying your current physical health status on the home screen. Daily status indicators appear as small to medium widgets.
