The new Office Insider Preview Build comes with version number 16.61.22040301. According to the official change log, it provides automatic refresh of stock quotes, which means that the data will be automatically updated every time the file is opened, and every five minutes thereafter.

This feature is turned on by default, to change this setting you must select Data Type > Refresh Settings and select the desired option.
