PowerToys 0.69 released with new registry preview utility and a host of fixes

#It’s update time for those using PowerToys on Windows 10 and 11. Version 0.69.0 is now available for download and contains numerous fixes, improvements, and a new utility. Registry Preview allows you to preview and edit registry files without using an application such as Notepad.

This release also contains a number of fixes, listed below.
