Microsoft has released a new Windows 11 Insider build 25140 to the Dev Channel. This is Sun Valley 3 (Windows 11 23H2) for Windows Insiders, which will eventually be a 2023 release.

Euphemia fonts cover most languages using Canadian syllabic scripts, including various Cree orthographies, Inuktitut, and Carrier/Dakelh scripts (dulkw'ahke). In the latest Insider build, we've updated this font to improve legibility and screen rendering for over 200 characters of varying sizes. [File Manager]

Fixed an x64 emulation issue on ARM64 that could cause some applications to crash on launch with error code 0xc0000409.
Fixed an issue that caused audio to stop playing in some apps after one minute.
Note: Some of the fixes mentioned here in Insider Preview builds on the Dev Channel may make their way into servicing updates for released versions of Windows 11.
