Microsoft has released a new Windows 11 Insider build 25140 to the Dev Channel. This is Sun Valley 3 (Windows 11 23H2) for Windows Insiders, which will eventually be a 2023 release.

Fixed an issue that caused audio to stop playing in some apps after one minute.
