StartAllBack confirms latest Windows 11 22H2 build breaks taskbar, releases emergency fix
Microsoft has released the latest Windows 11 Insider build to the Beta channel. While there are no new features in the latest version, it does come with a long list of fixes for the taskbar. There are some other improvements in other areas as well.
Almost as soon as that version was released and people started installing it, our readers started complaining about conflicts between the new Windows 11 version and StartAllBack, a popular application for recovery Various classic features, including the taskbar.
This update breaks StartAllBack, as Windows will just stay on a black screen until you disable StartAllBack, then log back in using Task Manager, then go to Control Panel.
Others soon joined in, and soon after the StartAllBack developers confirmed the issue on Twitter and publicly released a new "emergency release" to fix it.
