Nvidia and AMD drivers for Windows 11 22H2 now in testing

Windows 11 22H2 has been finalized, and Microsoft has officially announced Build 22621 as RTM (Released to Manufacturers). This is the first major update to the operating system since its launch in October 2021, but it doesn't really bring a ton of new features or major improvements.
